Weight Loss Treatment

Tirzepatide

  • Cuts hunger and food noise. Activates GLP-1 and GIP receptors so you eat less without white-knuckling cravings.
  • Less hunger within weeks. Most clients notice the food noise quieting and portions shrinking inside the first month.
  • Your dose, your plan. A licensed prescriber sets it from your weight, history, and goals. Not a flat protocol.

Compounded tirzepatide is available by prescription only after medical evaluation, is not FDA-approved, and is not appropriate for everyone. Side effects can occur. Individual results vary.

Pricing explained on your callMedication pricing depends on your protocol and dose. We walk you through it, and which membership fits, on a free 10-minute discovery call. No checkout here, no commitment.

Important: thyroid C-cell tumor risk. In studies, semaglutide caused thyroid C-cell tumors in rats. It is not known whether semaglutide causes thyroid tumors, including medullary thyroid cancer (MTC), in people. Do not use semaglutide if you or any of your family members have a history of MTC or if you have multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your provider right away if you develop a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing, or shortness of breath.

Your current weight (lbs):

270

In one year you could lose (lbs):

45

There’s a reason why everyone is talking about Tirzepatide. It works.

See what your year could look like.

In clinical trials of GLP-1 medications, adults lost a mean of roughly 15% of body weight over about a year (STEP-1, Novo Nordisk; SURMOUNT-1, Eli Lilly). This is a study average, not a prediction of your personal result. Individual results vary.

Why Tirzepatide outperforms other options

It's the only medication that activates both GLP-1 and GIP receptors — the two hormones that regulate appetite, blood sugar, and how full you feel after eating.

Dual-action technology

Tirzepatide activates both GLP-1 and GIP receptors — the only weight loss medication with this dual action. Stronger appetite control than single-pathway options.

Food noise quieted

The constant mental pull toward food fades. No more willpower math — you simply think about food less. Many users describe a quieter relationship with food once on a therapeutic dose. Onset and intensity vary.

Less hunger, more fullness

Reduces hunger signals in the brain and slows digestion, so smaller meals leave you full longer. You reduce eating because you're satisfied, not because you're restricting.

Benefits beyond the scale

Improves blood sugar, reduces inflammation, supports metabolic health. Some users see metabolic markers like blood sugar improve early in treatment. It's not just about weight.

Side effects

Contact your provider immediately if you have severe abdominal pain that does not go away (possible pancreatitis); a lump/swelling in your neck, hoarseness, or trouble swallowing (possible thyroid tumor); severe vomiting or diarrhea with signs of dehydration; symptoms of low blood sugar; or signs of a serious allergic reaction. Regular monitoring may be needed to track your response to treatment.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved for safety, efficacy, or quality.

Common side effects may include:

  • nausea
  • diarrhea
  • vomiting
  • constipation
  • decreased appetite
  • abdominal pain
  • fatigue

Rare, but serious side effects may include:

  • severe gastrointestinal events leading to dehydration and kidney injury
  • pancreatitis (severe abdominal pain)
  • gallbladder disease
  • severe allergic reactions
  • hypoglycemia when used with insulin or a sulfonylurea
  • diabetic retinopathy complications in those with type 2 diabetes

Weight Loss Treatment FAQs

Contact Support

Who is eligible for GLP-1 weight loss treatment?

GLP-1 weight loss medication may be appropriate if you’re trying to lose weight, reduce appetite, improve blood sugar control, or support long-term metabolic health.

After you sign up, a Longevity doctor will review your medical history and determine whether Tirzepatide is safe and appropriate for you.

If you’re not approved for treatment, you’ll receive a full refund (minus the cost of the doctor consultation).

What states is Weight Loss Protocol available in?

Our Weight Loss Protocol (Tirzepatide) is available to New Jersey residents, with in-person and virtual visits from our Englewood and Lakewood centers.

If I’ve previously been prescribed GLP-1 medication, can I start at the same dosage with Longevity?

If you have documentation of prior GLP-1 use, your Longevity provider will help determine the most appropriate dose for your treatment plan.

Do you charge extra for higher doses?

One flat monthly price at any dose. Semaglutide is $229 a month, or $209, $189 and $169 a month on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Tirzepatide is $349 a month, or $319, $289 and $259 a month on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Provider review, dose adjustments and messaging are included.

Your Longevity provider will help you determine the safest and most effective dose for your goals.

What side effects should I be aware of?

Common side effects of GLP-1 medications include:

- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Constipation

Side effects are typically mild and temporary. If you experience discomfort, your Longevity doctor may adjust your dosing schedule or recommend supportive strategies.

How long until I see results?

Results vary based on your dose, metabolism, and adherence to habits like diet and physical activity.

Are GLP-1 medications safe for long-term use?

Your Longevity provider will monitor your health markers and adjust your treatment plan as needed.

Can this be used with other Longevity Protocols?

Yes. The Weight Loss Protocol works well alongside other Longevity protocols including Testosterone and Growth Hormone Peptides as part of a comprehensive health optimization plan.

Your provider will ensure there are no contraindications.

Is the Weight Loss Protocol available for both men and women?

Yes — Longevity weight loss treatments are available and effective for both men and women.

Is this compounded with base form or salt form?

Longevity uses only the base form of Tirzepatide.

Some pharmacies use salt forms (for example “Tirzepatide Sodium” or “Tirzepatide Acetate”), which are different chemicals, are not equivalent, and have not been tested for safety or effectiveness.

Using salt-form compounds may be unsafe or ineffective.

How much does Tirzepatide cost?

Tirzepatide is one flat price at any dose: $349 a month on a monthly plan, $319 a month on the 3-month plan, $289 a month on the 6-month plan and $259 a month on the 12-month plan. Semaglutide is $229, $209, $189 and $169 a month on the same plans. Provider review, dose adjustments and messaging with your care team are included, and you are only charged if a provider prescribes. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved for safety, efficacy, or quality.

How am I billed?

You pay for your plan at checkout and a licensed provider reviews your health history within one business day. If you are not approved, you are refunded in full. Monthly plans bill each month and can be cancelled anytime; 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are billed once per term at the lower rate and renew at the same rate unless you cancel before the term ends.

How often will I receive shipments?

Your medication ships from a licensed US compounding pharmacy to your door, or you can pick it up at our Englewood or Lakewood center. Most vials last five to seven weeks at your prescribed dose. Shipping is free.

Become the version of you that isn't fighting food every day.

Tirzepatide isn't just about the weight. It's about getting your attention back — and using it for something else.

Subscription Products: Refund and Cancellation Policy

Many products available for purchase through the Service require that you purchase the product on a subscription basis. For subscription-based products, your payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described for that product during the checkout process. You may cancel a subscription at any time before the applicable periodic processing date of your subscription by utilizing the Longevity application or emailing info@longevitycenters.co. Subscriptions will auto-renew under the same plan terms initially selected.
Longevity does not provide refunds for medicines that have been shipped. Price or subscription period changes will be communicated to the email address on the account at least seven (7) days in advance of their implementation. Some protocols may require additional lab testing to maintain continuity of care and support proper client outcomes. These lab testing services or materials may require additional payments, which will be communicated on the website and via email to the address on file for the account holder.
Aside from any separately communicated lab testing fees, you will generally see and be required to pay a single 'total' subscription price. Unless otherwise specified, if a subscription product you purchase requires a consultation with a Provider and/or includes a prescription product that you fill through one of the Pharmacies, then the total price you pay may include the amount charged by the Pharmacy for the prescription drug and the amount charged by the Medical Group for the services of the Provider, as well as the amount we charge for use of and access to the Platform. We collect the amounts charged by the Pharmacies and the Medical Groups on behalf of the Pharmacies and Medical Groups and pass the applicable amounts through to them. For additional details about refunds and cancellations, read our full Subscription Refund and Cancellation Policy.
