Enclomiphene: 4 weeks to reach full effect

What to know about side effects

This combination of Enclomiphene + Tadalafil is generally well-tolerated. Most side effects are mild, infrequent, and tend to ease as your body adjusts. Your provider reviews your health history before prescribing and monitors you throughout.

This is not a complete list. See full safety information at longevitycenters.co/safety, or message your care team with any questions.

    Most common:

    • Nasal congestion and light-headedness (from increased blood flow; usually fades with consistent use)
    • Headache
    • Indigestion or upset stomach
    • Back pain, flushing, or muscle aches
    • Nausea or hot flashes
    • Mild mood changes or mild acne

Less common, talk to your provider:

    • Changes in vision (blurriness or visual changes can occur with either ingredient and should be reported promptly)

Rare but serious, stop and seek medical care:

    • Blood clots in the leg or lung (deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism) — rare.
    • An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) requires immediate medical attention
    • Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes
    • Sudden decrease or loss of hearing, or ringing in the ears

Important safety note: Do not take this medication if you use nitrates (for chest pain) or certain blood-pressure medications, the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your provider about every medication you take. This product is not for use by women or anyone under 18.

    Enclomiphene
    FAQs

    Contact Support

How does the Enclomiphene protocol work?

Enclomiphene helps your body increase its own testosterone production over time, rather than replacing it. This can raise testosterone while supporting testicular function and fertility markers. Extensive scientific research and clinical practice have vetted the oral medications used in the Enclomiphene Protocol. You can learn more about our research behind Enclomiphene Protocol here.

When will I start noticing results?

Some people notice changes within a few weeks. More complete effects often build over time, with many people seeing fuller results around 6–8 weeks.

    How do I take Enclomiphene?

It’s taken as an oral pill once daily, as prescribed. Your clinician will confirm the right dose and timing based on your health history and lab results.

What are the potential side effects of Enclomiphene?

Side effects vary by person. In clinical studies, reported side effects were generally infrequent and can include headache, nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, or mild GI symptoms.

On hair loss: some men worry about DHT-related hair loss with testosterone therapies. Enclomiphene works differently than traditional TRT and may be a better fit for men concerned about fertility and testicular function; your clinician can also discuss options if you’re specifically worried about hair loss.

Is Enclomiphene as effective as TRT?

It depends on your baseline hormones and what’s driving your low testosterone. Enclomiphene is a safer alternative to TRT, and can be a strong option for men who want to increase testosterone while supporting fertility markers—whereas traditional TRT is a direct replacement approach. Your clinician will help match the best option to your labs and goals.

Do I need lab work before starting Enclomiphene?

Yes. Lab work helps confirm your baseline hormone markers and allows your clinician to personalize your protocol and monitor progress safely.

Can I use recent blood work instead of taking the at-home test?

Often, yes. If your results are recent and include the right hormone markers, your care team may be able to use them. If anything is missing, they’ll let you know what else is needed.

Is Enclomiphene Protocol vegan-friendly and kosher?

Yes to both, though you should specify your special needs during your onboarding so that your doctor prescribes the appropriate capsules.
