Lab work is not included in visit pricing

Consultation and follow-up fees cover provider time only. Biomarker and lab testing, including quarterly membership bloodwork, is billed separately.

Medication is not included

The cost of any prescribed hormone medication or supplies is separate from all consultation and membership pricing.

Pricing is subject to change. Your provider will review all applicable costs with you during your consultation before you begin any treatment.

    If treatment is appropriate, your provider will discuss your options and monitor your care with follow-ups and bloodwork.

A standalone initial consultation is $250, paid in full at booking, and follow-up visits are $150 each. If you enroll in the $450/month ongoing care membership, your initial consultation is included at no additional charge. Membership has a 6-month minimum commitment and also includes quarterly consultations, protocol adjustments, and clinical-team support. All lab work, including quarterly bloodwork, medication, and supplies are billed separately.
